Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner
We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a fractional basis and take full ownership of our technical hiring. This is a unique opportunity to come in and help us redefine how we attract and hire exceptional talent, with direct support from our People Operations lead and close partnership with engineering and operations leaders across the business.
You'll work hands-on with senior stakeholders who are deeply invested in getting hiring right, bringing both strategic thinking and full-cycle execution to everything you do. ## What You'll Do
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, from intake and job scoping through sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
- Work directly with founders and operations leaders to understand hiring needs, set realistic expectations, and translate business goals into executable recruiting strategies.
- Design and manage a consistent, organized process that keeps candidates moving and stakeholders informed without requiring hand-holding.
- Create a standout candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are as a company.
- Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness, using data to continuously sharpen your approach.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our current hiring process and bring forward practical solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a consulting, technology services, or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage a full recruiting function without a team or dedicated support.
- Comfort working directly with founders or senior leadership, translating high-level business needs into grounded, actionable hiring plans.
- You stay close to the business, understanding priorities, reading the room, and translating context into action without waiting to be told what matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet human style that builds trust quickly.
- Organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple open roles and keep all the moving parts on track.
- High degree of discretion when handling sensitive information about candidates, compensation, and business strategy.
- Experience with various ATS and with comfort using data to report and improve.
The Details
This is a fractional, contract engagement (up to 20 hours/week). Hours and scope are designed to flex with our hiring volume. We're open to both ongoing retainer arrangements and project-based structures, depending on what works best for the right person.
